Located in the hills of Xinshe, Taichung, Lavender Forest is the birthplace of the brand and a symbol of dreams taking root. Surrounded by lush woods and lavender fields, visitors can stroll along tranquil forest paths, breathe in the fragrant herbs, and rediscover inner calm. The park is like an “open-air art gallery,” blending seasonal blooms with rustic wooden cottages to create a world of gentle happiness.

薰衣草森林長年推動永續旅遊與友善環境，新社店以「低碳、在地、循環」為核心，導入節能設備、設置電動車充電樁，並優先使用在地農產與香草入菜，減少碳足跡。園區內品牌 Select 香氛堅持使用可回收包材、天然精油與無動物實驗，延伸「綠色生活」理念。
Committed to sustainable tourism, the Xinshe park operates on the principles of “low carbon, local sourcing, and circular design.” Energy-saving systems and EV charging stations are installed, while local ingredients and herbs are used to minimize transport emissions. The in-house brand, Select, applies recyclable packaging, natural essential oils, and cruelty-free production to promote a truly eco-friendly lifestyle.

The forest restaurant follows a “farm-to-table” concept, featuring dishes and desserts infused with homegrown herbs such as lavender, rosemary, and mint. Signature items include Lavender Milk Tea, Herbal Ice Cream, and Forest Herb Chicken. With a focus on seasonal produce and sustainable dining, the restaurant celebrates local flavors and mindful eating.
